The russian military shelled Rubizhne in Luhansk Oblast, and, as a result, they hit a tank with nitric acid for the second time in a week. A bright rusty cloud of smoke rose above the city. Emissions of this substance are hazardous to human health. The incident was reported by the head of the Lugansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai on Telegram.
He called the actions of the russian military a chemical attack and urged residents not to leave their shelters or home, and close all windows and doors. He also mentioned monitoring the direction of the wind.
