On March 28, the Russians again shelled the Rubizhne in the Luhansk region — at least one person was killed and one was wounded, said the head of the Lugansk Regional Administration Serhiy Haidai.
«Disappointing news from the very morning — the Russians again shelled Rubizhne. An apartment building was damaged. There is one dead person. The injured man was sent to the hospital by ambulance. The number of victims is still being clarified,» said Serhiy Haidai.
Recently in Rubizhne, 155 citizens of Ukraine were rescued from the shelter under the ruins of the bakery and the shelter of school 5. Also on Sunday, 513 people from the cities Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, and Popasna were evacuated.
The cities of the Luhansk region are constantly under shelling and destructive fires.
