In Mariupol, an 11-year-old girl was shot in the face by a Russian Army soldier. The bullet went through her jaw and injured the root of her tongue. Now the girl is in the hospital, she can barely walk, but fortunately, her condition is improving.
This was reported by the British edition of CNN, the correspondent of which personally visited the children’s polyclinic in Ukraine.
It is noted that the girl, named Lena Uralova, came under fire on March 16, when together with her mother, sister and grandmother tried to leave the blockade in Mariupol.
They were driving in the car of people who were helping to evacuate, and on the way, they came across the occupiers of the Russian Federation.
The Russians opened fire at civilians without warning, after which they stopped the car, forced everyone to leave, and began to threaten.
However, having noticed the bloody girl, they were allowed to take her to the hospital in Zaporizhzhya region.
Now the girl’s condition in the hospital is improving.
