On March 27, around 10:30 p.m., a cruise missile from Belarus hit an oil depot in Lutsk.
“The rockets had a low altitude, so the radars failed to detect them”, — said the head of the Volyn RMA (Regional Military Administration) Yuriy Pohulyayko.
The rescue team has been working at the site all night, and, as of 8:00 a.m., they are still there.
According to preliminary information, there are no victims or injured.
In general, the situation is under control, the borders of Volyn oblast are not violated.
The information was announced at 8:30 a.m. Smoke is still visible in the air near the spot of the explosion.
An adviser of the head of the President’s Office, Mykhaylo Podoliak, said that the Russian military had also launched air strikes on Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, and Rivne last night.
