On March 24, the Russian troops committed another war crime — artillery shells hit the queue for humanitarian aid in the Saltivka area.
“In Kharkiv, Russians fired long-range weapons at the Nova Poshta checkpoint, where Kharkiv residents were receiving humanitarian aid near Akademika Pavlova Street. According to preliminary data, six civilians were killed and fifteen were injured and hospitalized. The total count of casualties is still being determined” — said Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv RMA (Regional Military Administration).
