During the day from 20 to 21 March, the rescuers of the Kharkiv division of the State Emergency Service continued their official duties in the conditions of military time. They had more than 30 trips to the elimination of fires, as well as clearing the rubble of the destroyed buildings.
Searches and clearing of rubble were in Kyiv and Shevchenko districts of Kharkiv, as well as in Kharkiv district in the region. In addition, the State Emergency Service extinguished fires of residential multistory buildings, private buildings and other objects. Fires occurred in the Kyiv district and Industrial district of Kharkiv, as well as in the Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv and Izyum districts of the region.
In the districts of the region where the day passed relatively calm and the enemy did not fire, the subdivisions of the State Emergency Service went to the fires that occurred in private households, as well as in the open territories. There were about 8 fires.
