In Kharkiv, Russian attacked the building of the higher educational institution and some residential buildings. There are killed and injured people.
On March 18, at about 8:40 in Kharkiv, the six-story higher educational institution suffered severe destruction due to a hostile shooting.
Two neighboring houses were also damaged. 1 person died, 11 people were injured and 1 person is under the halls. The fire is eliminated in two residential buildings. The information is still being clarified.
