Cities destroyed by the Russian invaders in the Luhansk region such as Popasna, Rubizhne, Severodonetsk are on fire. Burned multistory buildings, destroyed private residential buildings, shells on the streets, nowadays, it is the reality of the Lugansk region.
Residents of the Luhansk region don’t have the opportunity to buy water, food, some of them have problems with electricity and communication. Residents are forced to hide constantly in the basement. Military aggressors are shooting the streets, not allowing them to leave the basement. The occupants are shelling the cities and villages of Luhansk region, and, unfortunately, many civilians have been killed and injured.
Armed Forces of Ukraine, Police, Local Government Organizations, doctors, volunteers, and rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Lugansk region — all work as hard as they can every minute.
