The UN has evidence of the usage of cluster munitions by Russian invaders in Ukraine.
“The use of cluster munitions in human settlements is incompatible with the principles of international humanitarian law,” — says the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner For Human Rights in his statement.
On February 24 the cluster munition exploded in the City General Hospital in Vuhledar, resulting in the death of four civilians and injuries of ten other civilian people.
Such attacks also occurred in several districts of Kharkiv with the result of which nine civilians died and 37 citizens were injured.
